El conocimiento y la comprensión por parte del docente del clima social del aula resulta ser un elemento fundamental para desarrollar su tarea instruccional. Partiendo de la estrecha relación que se da entre clima social y rendimiento académico, consideramos el análisis del mismo en sujetos universitarios. En este trabajo analizamos la relación entre el clima social del aula y la condición de trabajador/no trabajador de los alumnos de la Facultada de Ciencias de la Educación (Universidad de Cádiz), a través de los datos obtenidos mediante la Escala de Clima Social de la Clase (CES).
Abstract: The knowlodge and understanding of classroom social behavior by the teacher would be a basic issue during the instructional process. After analyzing thc relationship between social behavior and academic performance, a study with college students was carried out. In this study we compare the classroom social behavior and the work status of thc college of Educations studcnts (Univcrsity of Cádiz), using the Classroom Social Behavior Scale (CSBS).
