Se abordan los conceptos de cultura, institución y organización institucionalizada, prestando especial atención al papel desempeñado por las estructuras organizativas, en conexión con el ambiente.
Abstract: The portrait of schools as institutions and institutionalized organizations reveals distinctive features. This approach concerns to conceptions as well as design, operation and change. Notions as organizational culture, institution and institutionalized organization are addressed. The role of organizational structure is also emphasized.
