En este estudio, partiendo de la idea de que Derecho del Trabajo es desde sus orígenes un ordenamiento basado en la idea de “reforma”, se analizan las reformas laborales españolas desde 1975 a 2012. El trabajo se estructura siguiendo el orden cronológico de las normas reformadoras. Sucesivamente son objeto de estudio, entre otras importantes disposiciones, la Ley de Relaciones Laborales (1976), el RD-ley de Relaciones de Trabajo (1977), el originario Estatuto de los Trabajadores (1980), la Ley 32/1984, las Leyes 10 y 11/1994, la Ley 63/1997, la Ley 35/2010, el RD-ley 7/2011 y la Ley 3/2012. Sobre cada una de ellas, previo su encuadramiento económico, social y político, se analizan los principales elementos de novedad aportados al ordenamiento laboral español.
Based on the idea that Labour law is from its origins set up on a system under “reform”, this paper studies the Spanish reforms from 1975 to 2012. The work follows a chronological order of the reforms. Secondly, the Law of Labour Relations (1976), the RD-Law of Relations of Work (1977), the original Statute of Workers (1980), the Law 32/1984, the Laws 10 and 11/1994, the Law 63/1997, the Law 35/2010, the RD-Law 7/2011 and the Law 3/2012 are studied, as well as other relevant provisions. At each reform, the economic, social and political context is explained, and then their main contributions to the Spanish labour system are analysed.
