Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio fue conocer la producción de América Latina sobre las cargas de trabajo, tratando de identificar los marcos conceptuales clave y las teorías utilizadas en las publicaciones acerca de la carga de trabajo. Se trata de una revisión integradora de la literatura, que incluía trabajos en forma de artículos, tesis o disertaciones, indexadas en la base de datos LILACS en los últimos cinco años en portugués, inglés o español. Los resultados mostraron que los 35 estudios, que en gran medida se hace ninguna referencia a la carga de trabajo. Entre los estudios cuantitativos fue el predominio del uso de la puntuación de las actividades de enfermería y de calidad entre el referencial y Noriega Laurell la carga de trabajo. Se utilizaron también, las referencias de estrés, de accidentes de trabajo, de ergonomía y de psicopatología de trabajo. Se verifica que la categoría cargas de trabajo es significativa de la producción, así como la diversidad de áreas interesadas en el tema, sin embargo se utiliza con múltiples significados.

O objetivo desse estudo foi conhecer a produção latino-americana sobre cargas de trabalho, buscando identificar os principais marcos conceituais/teorias utilizadas nas publicações sobre carga de trabalho. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, na qual se incluiu trabalhos na forma de artigos, teses ou dissertações, indexados na base de dados LILACS nos últimos cinco anos em português, inglês ou espanhol. Os resultados evidenciaram que dos 35 trabalhos encontrados, grande parte não adotou referencial para carga de trabalho. Entre os estudos quantitativos houve o predomínio do uso do Nursing Activities Score e entre os qualitativos o referencial de Laurell e Noriega para carga de trabalho. Utilizou-se ainda, os referencias do estresse, de acidentes de trabalho, da ergonomia e da psicopatologia do trabalho. Verifica-se que a categoria cargas de trabalho é significativa da produção do conhecimento, bem como a diversidade de áreas interessadas no tema, no entanto é utilizada com múltiplos significados.

The aim of this study was to know the production of Latino America about the work responsibility, trying to identify the key conceptual frames and the theories used in the publications about the work responsibility. This is an integrative review of the literature which included works in the format of articles, thesis or disserations, indexed in the databases LILACS during the last five years in Portuguese, English or Spanish. The results showed that the 35 studies made no reference to the work responsability to a large extent. Between the quantitative studies the work responsibility was the predominance of the use of puntuation of the nursing activities and of quality among the referential and Noriega Laurell. The references of stress, industrial accidents, ergonometris and phsycho-pathology at work were also used as much as the diversity of areas interested in the topic, however it is used with multiple meanings.e
