Abstract

El seguimiento profundo de la génesis, desarrollo y consolidación del Movimiento Indígena Ecuatoriano, a través del estudio de lo étnico, cultural político, nos va a dar luces y entendimiento sobre lo que se dado en llamar la larga ruta de la comunidad al partido. Camino en el que iremos descubriendo un entramado interesante, en referencia a la etnicidad, los discursos, luchas reivindicativas, perfiles políticos y logros más significativos, sin dejar de lado la importancia de la interpretación de la simbología, que es el sustento del quehacer indígena, hasta lograr alcanzar irrumpir en la escena política del Ecuador, sobre todo, a partir de la década de los años 90, cuyas ejecutorias permitieron que se les reconozca como parte integrante de un país, algo que anteriormente se les había negado. Palabras clave: Etnicidad, pueblo, nación, nacionalidad, ciudadanía, estado, cultura, simbolismo, pluriculturalidad, Pachamama, Buen Vivir (Sumak Kawsai). Abstract The profound tracking of origin, development, and consolidation of Ecuadorian Indegenous Movement through ethnic, cultural, and political study which give us knowledge and understanding about something named "The long Route from the Community to the Political Party." Path in which we will discover an interesting framework in reference to the ethnology, speeches, struggles, political profiles, and more meaningful achievements without stopping the importance of symbolic interpretation which has been a mean of support of the indigenous work until to burst into the political scene from Ecuador. Since 90s`decade whose performance has allowed them to be recognized as members of a country, something that had been denied to them before. Key words: Ethnicity, Town, Country, Nationality, Citizenship, State, Culture, Symbolism, pluriculturalidad, Pachamama, Well Live (Sumak Kawsai).
