Abstract

Ponencia presentada en Congreso sobre el 150º aniversario de la Ley del Notariado. Se reseñan las principales materias en las que ha incidido la telemática en el Derecho de Sociedades: las acciones representadas mediante anotaciones en cuenta, la gestión telemática de la constitución de la sociedad de capital, la página web corporativa y el ejercicio a distancia del derecho de voto.
