Résumé: L’objectif de cet article est de présenter les actes judiciaires français. Nous proposons une méthodologie de travail à travers l’analyse terminologique et linguistique des décisions de justice. Concrètement, nous allons examiner leur typologie et leur structure à partir de textes authentiques qui peuvent être utilisés en classe de français à fins spécifiques. Nous réviserons d’abord brièvement l’organisation juridictionnelle française et espagnole. Ensuite, nous décrirons les décisions de justice en Espagne et en France, en faisant une distinction entre les décisions des ordres ordinaires (l’ordre judiciaire et l’ordre administratif) et de l’ordre constitutionnel. Cette description inclura l’exposition des parties composant la structure des actes rendus par les juges et les magistrats, et une approximation aux formules linguistiques les plus utilisées lors de la rédaction des actes judiciaires.

Abstract: The aim of this article is to present French judicial acts. We propose a work methodology through the terminological and linguistic analyse of judicial decisions. Particularly, we will study their typology and their structure using authentic texts which can be used in French for specific purposes. Firstly, we will concisely examine the judicial organisation in France and Spain; afterwards, we will describe the rulings in France and Spain, making a distinction between the judicial and administrative orders and the constitutional order. The description of which will include the exposition of the elements making up the structure of each of these acts pronounced by judges, and an approach to the most usual linguistic formulas used in the written judicial acts.
