Depuración crítica del concepto de "ius commune" destacando su variedad de contenido. Del "ius commune" la historiografía moderna utiliza básicamente cuatro concepciones distintas, los juristas del pasado hasta diez modelos diferentes y los ordenamientos jurídicos pretéritos hasta seis modelos. En consecuencia el modelo historiográfico adecuado para su estudio es el de la "Penetración diferenciada". Critical punfication of the concept of "ius commune" emphasizing the variety of its content. Modem historiography makes use basically of four different conceptions conceming the "ius commune"; the jurists of the past up to ten different pattems; and the past juridicai systems up to eight pattems. It follows that the historiographicai pattem suitable for its study is the differentiated penetration.
