Escuelas eficaces e inclusivas : cómo favorecer su desarrollo

Abstract

La escuela del siglo XXI debe promover una educación democrática e inclusiva que garantice los principios de igualdad, equidad y justicia social para todos los alumnos. Por este motivo, el desarrollo de escuelas eficaces e inclusivas debe ser promovido por la política educativa con el fin de que las mismas puedan ofrecer una educación de calidad para todos. A su vez, el profesorado debe ser apoyado para que pueda reflexionar y comunicarse aspectos específicos de su práctica en un clima de colaboración y en unas condiciones de trabajo que favorezcan la innovación y los procesos de mejora educativa. El resultado de todo ello debería ser la construcción de comunidades educativas en las que la participación, la cohesión social y el aprendizaje estén presentes y garanticen el éxito de todos.
