The present thesis involved the study of the organic wastes generated by marine culture of fish floating cages, emphasizing in their effect on the associated secondary producers. Several of the impacts on the environment caused by floating cages fish farms have been previously studied by our research group, in that sense, this work deepen in the understanding of those impacts, and ultimately will allow figuring a holistic modeling of the system.
