El patrimonio documental de la industria española
El propósito de este artículo es plantear la relación entre los archivos y las empresas, el origen histórico de la gestión de documentos en las empresas y los principales peligros que llevan a la destrucción del patrimonio documental de la industria. Se afirma el valor de los archivos de las empresas como patrimonio industrial y la necesidad de su protección. Finalmente se enumeran las características de los archivos de las empresas que actualmente existen y se ofrecen las pautas para la elaboración de planes nacionales de salvaguarda del patrimonio documental de las empresas.
The aim of this paper is to plan the relation between the archives and the companies, the historical origin of the records management in the companies and the main dangers that lead to the destruction of the documentary legacy of the industry. Steadies itself the value of the business archives as industrial heritage and the need of his protection. Finally there are enumerated the characteristics of the business archives that nowadays exist and the guidelines offer for the production of national plans of safeguard of the documentary heritage of the companies.
