Abstract

El estudio parasitológico de 65 ejemplares de diferentes ardeidas pro cedentes de la Comunidad Valenciana (España): Ixobrychus minutus (Linnaeus, 1766), Nycticorax nycticorax (Linnaeus, 1758), Bubulcus ibis (Linnaeus, 1758), Egretta garzetta (Linnaeus, 1766), Ardea cinerea Linnaeus, 1758 y Ardea purpurea Linnaeus, 1766, ha permitido observar la parasitación de estos hospedadores por cinco trematodos: Nephrostomum sp., Ribeiroia ondatrae (Price, 1931), Prosthogonimusovatus (Rudolphi, 1803), Euclinostomum heterostomum (Rudolphi, 1808) y Apharyngostrigea cornu (Zeder,1800), dos cestodos: Cyclophyllidea gen.sp. y Neogryporhynchus cheilancristrotus (Wedl, 1855), y seis nematodos: Capillariidae gen.sp., Contracaecum yamaguti Mawson,1956, Desportesius spinulatus (Chabaud et Campana,1949), Desmidocercella numidica (Seurat,1920), Microtetrameres spiralis (Seurat,1915) y Avioserpens galliardi Chabaud et Campana, 1949. Los parásitos Nephrostomum sp., Ribeiroia ondatrae, Prosthogonimus ovatus, Euclinostomum heterostomum, Contracaecum yamaguti, Desportesius spinulatus y Avioserpens galliardi, constituyen primeras citas para la fauna española.

The helminthological study of 65 specimens of different valencian com munity Ardeidae: Ixobrychus minutus (Linnaeus, 1766), Nycticorax nycticorax (Linnaeus, 1758), Bubulcus ibis (Linnaeus, 1758), Egretta garzetta (Linnaeus, 1766) , Ardea cinerea Linnaeus, 1758 and Ardea purpurea Linnaeus, 1766, showed the parasitation of these host by five trematodes: Nephrostomum sp., Ribeiroia ondatrae (Price, 1931), Prosthogonimus ovatus (Rudolphi, 1803), Euclinostomum heterostomum (Rudolphi, 1808) and Apharyngostrigea cornu (Zeder,1800), two cestodes: Cyclophyllidea gen.sp. and Neogryporhynchus cheilancristrotus (Wedl, 1855) and six nematodes: Capillariidae gen. sp., Contracaecum yamaguti Mawson,1956, Desportesius spinulatus (Chabaud et Campana,1949), Desmidocercella numidica (Seurat,1920), Microtetrameres spiralis (Seurat,1915) and Avioserpens galliardi Chabaud et Campana, 1949. The parasites Nephrostomum sp., Ribeiroia ondatrae, Prosthogonimus ovatus, Euclinostomum heterostomum, Contracaecum yamaguti, Desportesius spinulatus and Avioserpens galliardi, constitute the first spanish records.
