Abstract

Este artículo pretende explicar el uso de coronas votivas en la Hispania Visigoda a través de los ejemplos bien conocidos de Guarrazar, —en especial la coronas donadas por les reyes Suintila (621-631) y Recesvinto (649-672)—, y ponerlos en relación con el marco general de Europa Occidental y el Imperio Vizantino.
