Estudio de laboratorio sobre algas aisladas a partir de aguas residuales urbanas

Abstract

Se han aislado diversas cepas de algas residentes como estadios quiescentes en aguas residuales urbanas y que pertenecen a los géneros Chlorella, Scenedesmus (Chlorophyceae) y Oscillatoria (Cyanophyceae). Su cultivo, tanto en medios artificiales, como en el efluente del tratamiento secundario de esa misma agua residual y en condiciones controladas de luz, nos ha permitido conocer algunas de sus preferencias autoecológicas: óptimos térmicos, tasas reproductivas, etc.

Several strains belonging to the genera Chlorella, Scenedesmus (Chlorophyceae) and Oscillatoria (Cyanophyceae) have been isolated from urban waste waters where they live as resting stages their culture, both in secondary treatment efluent of the same waste waters and in artificial media, has allowed us to know some of their autoecological preferences: thermal optima, nutrition, growth rates and SO on
