Se examinan las peculiaridades de la decisión sobre el mantenimiento o no de la vigencia de los contratos de arrendamiento urbano en los que es parte el concursado, que se derivan no sólo del régimen especial que establece la Ley Concursal al respecto, sino también de los conflictos que pueden surgir entre los intereses del concursado y la protección social que la legislación reguladora de los arrendamientos de vivienda concede a los arrendatarios de este tipo de arrendamientos. ----------------

The peculiarities of the decision on whether or not to maintain the validity of urban lease contracts to which the bankrupt is a party are examined, which derive not only from the special regime established by the Bankruptcy Law in this regard, but also from the conflicts that may arise between the interests of the bankruptcy and the social protection that the legislation regulating housing leases grants to tenants of this type of lease.
