Nuevos planes de estudio: alternativas del futuro

Abstract

Taking into account that teachers' initial and permanent formation are both equal and a process of training, it is pointed out that the future of E.U.M. supposes it will be involved in the in-service training wich has already been tested and developed during recent years. Futhermore the in-service training offers a real and wide field for teacher's research and has in this way university status which those studies must possess. An analysis of the degrees and propositions has been made of the 'Ponencia de Reforma de la Formación Inicial del Consejo de Universidades' in comparison with the proposal of the 'Grupo XV' and considering the proposal of 'Reforma del Sistema Educativo' presented to the Ministry of Education. Attention is drawing to the importance of the participation of the teachers of 'Primaria y Secundaria' in the initial training of these teachers and the need of setting up discussions. The elaboration and the development of plans of study in the training of future teachers in the University must also be considered.
