La lectura del Libro Blanco para la Reforma sirve a la autora de este trabajo para reflexionar sobre la imagen del profesor que se descubre en este texto. Al considerar que las funciones asignadas pueden quedar circunscritas a los instrumental, recuerda, a partir de textos nietzscheanos, la importancia de la autoconciencia para evitar la opacidad de la acción del profesor. De esta manera, es posible situar la mirada en la totalidad y poder, así, alcanzar el desarrollo integral.
The reading of the White Book for Reform helps the author of this work to think about the teacher's image discovered in this text. Considering that the assigned functions may remain instrumentally enclosed, it must be remembered, starting from the Nietzscheshean texts, the importance of the autoconscience in order to avoid the opacity of the teacher's action. This way, it's possible fix a glance in totality and power, in this manner achieve total developement.
