La experiencia que aquí se presenta es el trabajo de investigación-acción que estamos llevando a cabo con un grupo de profesores en ejercicio -E.G.B. y EE.MM- a través de un seminario permanente vinculado a la Universidad de Oviedo. La realidad y las demandas de los profesores han configurado el punto de partida y marcan el proceso que describimos. Nuestra reflexión-acción está orientada a la adquisición de competencias docentes que favorezcan procesos curriculares basados en la investigación en el aula.
The experiencie reported here is our study about Action-Research developed with a group of school and hight school teachers, through a permanent seminary joined to Oviedo University. The starting points were the reality and the request of this group of teachers. The process we are describing is our Action-Reflection, oriented to the teaching attainment competencies and enhancing The Curriculum Process based on the Classroom Research.
