Este trabajo presenta una investigación realizada entre el profesorado interino de E.G.B. de la provincia de Málaga. A una muestra de estos profesores se les ha pasado cuatro cuestionarios: Mispe-30, Friedman, un cuestionario sobre problemas específicos de este colectivo y otro sobre fuentes de malestar del profesorado. Los resultados nos hacen cuestionamos la actual organización del colectivo de interinos: acceso al funcionariado, continuos cambios de centro, falta de oportunidades de éxito profesional... También nos ponen en evidencia la falta de formación, asesoramiento y apoyo con que cuentan estos profesores.
This article presents a research about temporary school teachers in Mllaga. A sample of them answered four questionnaires: Mispe-30, Friedman, a questionnaire about specific problems of this group and another one about major sources of bumout at work. The outcome argue about the present organization of this group: professional access, continous school changes, a lack of opportunities of professional success... Also point out the lack of training, advice and suppon for this teachers.
