Abstract

El trabajo estudia el pensamiento jurídico de José Manuel Pérez-Prendes, examinando su concepción de la metodología del estructuralismo y de la posibilidad de su aplicación al campo de la Historia del Derecho.

The study analyzes the José Manuel Pérez-Prendes’ legal thinking, looking into his conception of the methodology of structuralism and the chances of being implemented in the field of the History of Law.
