Abstract

Resultados: Se seleccionaron un total de 25artículos que se adecuaban a los crite-rios de inclusióny exclusiónplanteados, en los cuales seabordaban las diferentes variables relacionadas con el estudio: sexismo, apego, estilos de crianza y violencia en el noviazgo.Se hallaron principalmente resultados vinculados a la asociación en-tre sexismo y violencia en el noviazgo. El estilo de crianza autoritario, aparecía vin-culado al apego inseguro y niveles más altos de sexismo, relacionados a su vez con la perpetración y victimización en la violencia en el noviazgo. Así mismo,se apreciandiferenciassignificativasen función del sexo, la edady la cultura.

Método: Se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica de los estudios empíricospublicados sobre el tema objeto de estudio, desde el año 2010 hasta el 2020, mediantelas si-guientes bases de datos: MedLineComplete; PubMed; Psychology Database; Psy-cinfo; PSICODOC; Psychology and behavioral Sciences Collection; Gender Studies Database; Violence & Abuse Abstractsy Google académico. Se estableció una muestra superior o igual a 50 sujetos; población comunitaria; edades comprendidas entre 12y 25años. Tan sólo se consideraron estudios a texto completo; en español o en inglés.Se encontró un total de 1074artículos.

Method: An electronic search was made of the scientific articles published on the subject under study, during the last ten years, through the databases: MedLine Complete; PubMed; Psychology Database; Psycinfo; PSICODOC; Psychology and behavioral Sciences Collection; Gender Studies Database; Violence & Abuse Abstracts and gray literature (Google academic). The sample was established to be greater than or equal to 50 subjects; community population; aged between 12 and 25 years. Only full-text studies were considered; in Spanish or English. A total of 1074 articles were found.

Results: A total of 25 articles were selected that fit the inclusion and exclusion criteria raised, which addressed the different variables related to the study: sexism, attachment, parenting styles and dating violence. Main results were found related to the association between sexism and dating violence. Authoritarian parenting style was linked to insecure attachment and higher levels of sexism, similary related to the perpetration and victimization of dating violence. Likewise, there are significant differences depending on sex, age and culture.

Conclusiones: Los resultados parecenconfirmar larelación entre todas las varia-bles,de maneraindependiente y combinada, respondiendo a los objetivos estableci-dos en la presente revisión. Se necesitan futuras investigacionesque confirmen di-cha relación, por las implicaciones que se pueden derivar a nivel preventivo y de ca-ra a la intervención.

Conclusions: The results seem to confirm the relationship between all the variables, independently and combined, responding to the objectives setted in this review. Future research is needed that confirm this relationship, due to the implications that may arise at the preventive level and in relation to intervention.
