Abstract

Parece detectarse un creciente interés por la calidad de la docencia, que en las últimas décadas se había visto devaluada en aras de otras actividades del profesorado. La consiguiente y necesaria mejora en la formación docente choca contra la concepción de la misma por parte del propio profesorado. Igualmente es necesario actuar sobre múltiples aspectos legislativos y organizativos relativos a política de profesorado.

In contrast with the last few decades when the focus was on other activities, interest in the quality of teaching is increasing. This makes teacher training more necessary but also brings us up against teacher trainers' attitudes to what constitutes quality teaching. It is also necessary to tackle many other statutory aspects.
