El consumo turístico del patrimonio religioso en Twitter

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es investigar cuáles son los conceptos que los usuarios de Twitter vinculan en sus publicaciones con el término de patrimonio religioso; con la finalidad de poder identificar palabras claves que para ser utilizadas en las estrategias mercadológicas realizadas para la promoción del turismo cultural. Para lo cual se ha empleado una metodología mixta, una parte cualitativa donde se examinan los textos publicados por los usuarios de Twitter y otra cuantitativa, aplicando la teoría de grafos, donde se analizan los términos que mayor peso tienen en dichas publicaciones. A partir del análisis de palabras vinculadas a patrimonio religioso en los mensajes emitidos en Twitter, queda de manifiesto el potencial de productos turísticos que pueden ser desarrollos al integrarlo con aspectos de cultura e historia, y no solo de religión.

The objective of this work is to investigate what are the concepts that Twitter users link in their publications with the term religious heritage; with the purpose of being able to identify keywords that can be used in the marketing strategies carried out for the promotion of cultural tourism. For which a mixed methodology has been used, a qualitative part where the texts published by Twitter users are examined and a quantitative one, applying graph theory, where the terms that have the greatest weight in said publications are analyzed. From the analysis of words linked to religious heritage in the messages broadcast on Twitter, the potential of tourism products that can be developments by integrating them with aspects of culture and history, and not only religion, is evident.
