Abstract

La investigación desarrollada sobre la situación profesional de los titulados en turismo pone de manifiesto las ventajas que su formación integral representa a la hora de acceder al mercado laboral. La formación turística es rica en disciplinas relacionadas con la gestión de establecimientos turísticos y el turismo como fenómeno macroeconómico. Cualquier plan de estudios debe respetar el equilibrio entre ambas ramas: «macroturística» y «microturística».
