Os enfermeiros pertencem a uma categoria profissional submetida a processos de trabalho desgastante tanto a nível físico como mental que pode alterar a capacidade para o trabalho e contribuir para alterações do sono, psicológicas, cardíacas e digestivas assim como alterações familiares e sociais.
