Esta investigação assenta claramente num paradigma qualitativo e fenomenológico de investigação (Bogdan & Biklen, 1992; Bresler 1992, 1994,2000; Bresler & Stake, 1992; Denzin & Lincoln, 2000; Clandinin & Connelly, 2000).
