Diálogo entre saberes no ensino de ciências: astronomia cultural e educação científica humanizadora na formação de estudantes da pedagogia

Abstract

A valorização do saber tradicional indígena consiste, em primeira instância, no reconhecimento do seu valor social. Assim, o ensino de ciências, pautado na abordagem da Educação Científica Humanizadora, fundamentada essencialmente pelo ideário de Paulo Freire, consiste na promoção da formação reflexiva do futuro docente. Consequentemente, este estudo procura responder ao seguinte questionamento: Como é que doze estudantes de pedagogia, no ano de 2023, perceberam e diferenciaram a abordagem do saber científico e do saber tradicional indígena? Como objetivo, se estabeleceu a investigação da eficácia da Sequência de Ensino Investigativo, embasada pela Educação Científica Humanizadora, pautada na abordagem da Astronomia Cultural. Trata-se de um estudo de caso que partiu de uma revisão bibliográfica, com abordagem qualitativa, exploratória descritiva, para analisar e discutir os dados coletados à luz da Análise Textual Discursiva. Os resultados evidenciaram insights significativos, considerando a integração dos saberes indígenas no Ensino de Ciências, destacando a necessidade de um ensino que transcenda as barreiras disciplinares e valorize as culturas locais.
