Abstract

A Supervisão Clínica em Enfermagem (SCE) tem vindo a assumir um papel cada vez mais importante enquanto processo de promoção da qualidade, da segurança e de desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional. Estando a SCE associada aos processos de gestão da qualidade das instituições de saúde, o ponto de partida deste estudo, centra-se no reconhecimento da SCE como um processo formal e estruturado de suporte profissional, sendo importante a sua inclusão nas políticas organizacionais. A investigação e reflexão efetuadas partem das seguintes questões: Qual a pertinência da SCE, no contexto da urgência? Quais o(s) modelo(s) teórico(s) de SCE ajustados com a prática de cuidados de Enfermagem, no contexto de urgência?. E, como objetivos do estudo: Compreender a pertinência da SCE, no contexto de urgência; Identificar o(s) modelo(s) teórico(s) de SCE ajustados com a prática de cuidados de Enfermagem, no contexto de urgência.
