A lógica imunológica segundo Byung-chul-han

Abstract

The objective of this article is to debate the possibility of existence of a process of denial of the enemy constantly that makes itself present in any conceivable society and chronological moment. This concept, which Han calls “immunologic paradigm” consists in attempting to refrain enemy’s influence in every aspect of societal life. Apparently, it can be amplified through the Sartre’s perception of identity affirmation through denial of otherness means that Han’s “immunologic paradigm” makes itself present in any society even when there is no external enemy to de denied, through Bellah’s civil religion that affirms that whenever a collective identitary “being” is established, its “not being” is also established - in a attraction-repulsion process that can be understood as the “cement” used in building any society so that the “immunologic paradigm” seems to be present in the processes of societal formation and forms of exiatng in any conceivable societary developmental stage and through Bauman’s perception that globalization leads to precarizatiom through weakening the identitary character which stems from a feeling of belonging to any society - or societal group - through the naturalization of differences and almost absolute tolerance with the otherness. Thus, in a olsonian perspective, perhaps it is reasonable to understand that some form of extended version of Han’s “immunologic paradigm” makes itself profoundly present in the globalized world.
