Abstract

Apresentação de revisão sucinta de listeriose com maior ênfase na sua importância na gestação. Relato de caso de listeriose descoberta em paciente internada no Hospital Universitário da PUC com quadro de trabalho de parto prematuro. Quando da baixa o concepto estava vivo. O óbito fetal ocorreu durante a internacão obstétrica. É d~scrita a rotina de investigação sorológica e bacteriológica.

The authors make a review of li sterios is and present a case report. Clinicai and laboratorial examinations are discussed. The importa nte of the routinE exa mination of stil lborn infants is focused.
