The arcicle deals with a general perspeccive of the Brazilian Educacional system. It emphasizes, as its basic characteristic ist nacional unity, as well as its principles and its laws, its structure, its local, regional and federal features and its differents levels.

O artigo oferece uma visão geral do sistema educacional brasileiro, salientando seu caráter de unidade nacional, seus princípios e leis que o regem, sua estrutura, suas características municipais, estaduais e federais e os diferentes níveis que o distinguem.
