The BIBLOS System performs the control of the subject headings used in the catalogue of the library of the Centre of Data Processing, which belongs to the postgraduate course on Computational Science, of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. The system was implemmented through the MUMPS programme for microcomputers Polymax 101 HS. lt performs the register routines, lists and alters the subjects headings, does the automation of the alphabetical and numerical indexes used by the library.

O sistema BIBLOS realiza o controle das palavras-chave utilizadas no catálogo de assuntos da Biblioteca do CPD/PGCC da UFRGS. Implementado em MUMPS/M no microcomputador Polymax 101 HS, executa rotinas de cadastramento, alteração e listagem de palavras-chave, automatizando os índices alfabético e numérico utilizados pela biblioteca.
