REVISÃO DE FATORES HUMANOS EM ESTUDOS SOBRE TRABALHO EM TURNOS

Abstract

Due to growing demands for products and services in the productive economy in a large-scale, the understanding of relations arising from the use of systems of work in shifts becomes increasingly necessary, and wide spread. Studies were conducted on the organization of work in shifts, but need a careful review under the focus of human factors. So, to contribute to a better understanding on the subject, this study aims to review the human factors related to research on systems for fixed and turn alternating inning. Forty-four studies and cross fourteen longitudinal studies were reviewed to identify categories of factors: personal, occupational and psycho-organisational, recorded in each study. There were more than 70 factors related to these categories. Furthermore, the studies were classified by presenting the main factors associated with the systems of work in hand, including the identification of those who found statistically significant correlation. Through the observation of the number of studies that have used certain factors was possible to infer about their impact on each type of system.
