Abstract

O presente artigo discute algumas situações vivenciadas na sociedade atual e espacializadas no Bairro Restinga. Parte do desenvolvimento desigual do solo urbano, para a compreensão das dinâmicas de segregação sócio-espacial e os processos de alienação do cidadão no que corresponde a sua mutação para consumidor e espectador dos fatos. A partir desta estrutura, temse a formação de uma multiplicidade de referenciais na constituição da identidade do morador, sendo fator unificador, sua posição marginal, ou seja, o território. Os laços territoriais desenvolvidos entre morador e bairro formam o substrato para a constituição da radiodifusão comunitária na formação de um espaço público democrático. Tem-se então o contraponto a mídia hegemônica, assim como a critica a mesma.

The subject of this research is to think about some social experiencies specially those which concern Restinga. This reflection starts with urban unequal developtment as a way to understand social-spatial segregation dynamics and citizen alienation processess, which than people in to consumers and facts spectators. From this structure, we can see the multiple references of identity construction, specially considering the marginal situation of Restinga residents. Territorial links which were gronw between neighbors and Restinga are the foundation to conform communitarian. broadcasting Into a democratic public space, acting as a counterpoint to hegemonic midia as well as its own criticism.
