O artigo consiste em texto clássico de autoria de Carl Fuchs, publicado em tipografia gótica, em 1874, e trata acerca da questão relativa à indivisibilidade ou divisibilidade do requerimento do ofendido, nos casos de crimes que dependem de requerimento (Antragsverbrechen). Nesse contexto, discute o problema do estabelecimento da persecução penal em relação a várias pessoas, quando somente contra uma delas foi apresentado o requerimento do ofendido para instauração de investigação ou processo criminal.
This paper is a classic text by Carl Fuchs, published in Gothic typography, in 1874, and examines the question of the indivisibility or divisibility of the victim's requisition in cases of crime that rely on requisition (Antragsverbrechen). In this context, discusses the problem of establishing of the criminal prosecution against many people, when only against one of them was presented the requisition of the victim for the establishment of investigation or prosecution.
