Qualidade, ajustamento e satisfação conjugal : revisão sistemática da literatura

Abstract

In the present scenario coexist several ways to be couple. Front complexity of elements that circumscribe conjugality, it’s important to investigate what is associated with ‘be happy in a couple’. In order to map what is being studied as relevant to an understanding of this phenomenon, it was realized a systematic review of the scientific literature about satisfaction, adjustment and marital quality. The PsycINFO and BVS-Psi database filtered 99 articles between 2008 and 2013. The revision allowed mapping a plurality of themes associated with the topic. The landscape is mainly characterized by studies devoted to understanding the dysfunctions and marital conflicts. A gapin studies about possibilities of optimization and enhancement of the quality and marital health was observe and also was revealed the lack of empirical research on clinical practice in order to subsidize the possibilities of marital interventions. Studies of the brazilian population are scarce, compared to international production.
