Abstract

Introdução: O Mestrado em Enfermagem de Saúde Materna e Obstétrica possibilita a aquisição de competências comuns do enfermeiro especialista e específicas do enfermeiro especialista em Saúde Materna e Obstétrica. O tema abordado é o colostro pré-natal. Objetivo: Descrever as competências desenvolvidas no estágio para a obtençao do título de especialista e do grau de mestre. Estudiar a temática do colostro pré-natal e anlisar a intervençao do Enfermeiro Obstetra. Metodologia: Utilizou-se a supervisão clínica baseada em evidências científicas, complementada por uma revisão integrativa da literatura e reflexão sobre dados e experiências em diferentes contextos clínicos. Resultados: Foram alcançados os objetivos propostos, tanto na aquisição de competências como na prestação de cuidados, aprofundando o conhecimento sobre o uso do colostro pré-natal. Conclusão: O desenvolvimento de competências comuns e específicas do especialista em enfermagem promove uma atenção humanizada, fundamentada em evidências, destacando a importância do enfermeiro obstetra na promoção do uso do colostro pré-natal; Antenatal colostrum: intervention of the obstetric nurse - Abstract: Introduction: The Master's Degree in Maternal and Obstetric Health Nursing enables the acquisition of common skills for specialist nurses and specific skills for specialist nurses in Maternal and Obstetric Health. The topic addressed is prenatal colostrum. Objective: To describe the skills developed during the internship to obtain the title of specialist and the master's degree. To study the topic of prenatal colostrum and analyse the intervention of the obstetric nurse. Methodology: Evidence-based clinical supervision was used, complemented by an integrative review of the literature and reflection on data and experiences in different clinical contexts. Results: The proposed objectives were achieved, both in terms of skills acquisition and care provision, deepening knowledge about the use of prenatal colostrum. Conclusion: The development of common and specific skills for nursing specialists promotes humanised, evidence-based care, highlighting the importance of obstetric nurses in promoting the use of prenatal colostrum.
