Abstract

A relação entre a educação física e as restantes áreas do saber pode ser explorada através de diversas atividades, nomeadamente de jogos tradicionais, beneficiando as aprendizagens das crianças de forma lúdica; Supervised Teaching Practice in Pre-school Education and Primary School Teaching - Traditional games and the valorization of interdisciplinarity - Abstract: This internship report is part of the curricular unit of Supervised Teaching Practice in Preschool Education and Teaching in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education, with the main focus of analyzing how we can promote interdisciplinarity, exploring the potential of traditional games as a means of interconnection between the area of physical education and other curricular areas. In this context, I structured and planned several interventions using several traditional games that were meaningful to the children and relevant to the curriculum. These pedagogical proposals were developed throughout my supervised teaching practice in two different educational contexts: primary and pre-school. Play has a fundamental role in children's lives and is part of their development; using it as a pedagogical tool in the curricular areas enhances children's learning. The relationship between physical education and other areas of knowledge can be explored through various activities, including traditional games, benefiting the learning of children in a playful way.
