O conforto nos cuidados de enfermagem de reabilitação

Abstract

A funcionalidade contribui para uma vida dotada de independência e autonomia, enquanto o Conforto serve de base ao desenvolvimento humano, pela forma como é indispensável ao crescimento pessoal e à recuperação de independência. Contribuir para o conforto dos indivíduos significa capacitá-los a recuperar a sua saúde, obtendo-se benefícios para os utentes, equipas de saúde e sistema de saúde em geral. Objetiva-se caracterizar a perceção de conforto dos utentes assistidos por enfermeiro especialista em enfermagem de reabilitação (EEER), identificar resultados sensíveis aos cuidados e os fatores de conforto relevantes. O desenvolvimento de competências nos estágios curriculares seguiu a metodologia do Processo de Enfermagem e as teorias: Défice de Autocuidado de Enfermagem, Modelo de Vida, Teoria da Transição e Teoria do Conforto. Participam doze utentes presentes nos contextos dos estágios. Verificaram-se evoluções favoráveis na funcionalidade (alimentação, higiene pessoal e vestuário) e nos fatores de conforto alívio, tranquilidade e transcendência; Abstract: Title: The comfort in nursing rehabilitation care Functionality contributes to a life endowed with independence and autonomy, while Comfort serves as the basis for human development, as it is essential for personal growth and the recovery of independence. Contributing to the comfort of individuals means enabling them to recover their health, obtaining benefits for users, health teams and the health system in general. The objective is to characterize the comfort perception of users assisted by a nurse specialist in rehabilitation nursing, to identify results sensitive to care and the relevant comfort factors. The development of competences in the curricular internships followed the methodology of the Nursing Process and the theories: Nursing Self-Care Deficit, Life Model, Transition Theory and Comfort Theory. Twelve users present in the internship contexts participate. There were favorable evolutions in functionality (food, personal hygiene and clothing) and in the comfort factors relief, tranquility and transcendence.
