Abstract

Introducción: La formación en el Máster de Enfermería en Salud Materna y Obstetricia proporciona las competencias profesionales teórico-prácticos y contribuye al trabajo basado en evidencia científica. Objetivo: describir el proceso de adquisición de competencias como enfermera especialista a través de las prácticas clínicas y habilidades de investigación. Metodología: descripción de las experiencias en cada campo clínico, investigación empírica sobre la percepción de los profesionales de salud materna sobre las Terapias Complementarias, presentado los resultados mediante estadísticas descriptivas y reflexión sobre la adquisición de competencias profesionales. Resultados: la adquisición de habilidades tuvo un balance positivo de los campos clínicos. La investigación reflejó que los profesionales de salud contemplan las Terapias Complementarias, como una opción aceptable y complementaria donde precisan formación y evidencia para su uso. Conclusión: las Terapias Complementarias son una opción aceptable y complementa la práctica convencional. El acceso a la formación en Terapias complementarias es limitado; COMPLEMENTARY THERAPIES IN MATERNAL HEALTH. ATTITUDES OF PROFESSIONALS ABSTRACT: Introduction: The training in Nursing Master in Maternal Health and Obstetrics provides theoretical and practical professional skills and contributes to work based on scientific evidence. Objective: describe the process of acquiring competencies as a nurse specialist through clinical practices and research skills. Methodology: description of the experiences in each clinical field, empirical research on the perception of maternal health professionals on Complementary Therapies, presenting the results through descriptive statistics and reflection on the acquisition of professional skills. Results: the acquisition of skills as a positive balance of clinical fields. The investigation reflected that health professionals contemplate Complementary Therapies, as an acceptable and complementary option where they need training and evidence for their use. Conclusion: Complementary Therapies are an acceptable option and complement conventional practice. Access to Complementary Therapies is limited.
