Diante da realização do estágio de natureza profissional, foi realizado um relatório onde estão descritas as atividades desenvolvidas referentes às competências do Enfermeiro Especialista. Simultaneamente foi desenvolvida uma investigação científica que teve como objetivo investigar como a mulher perceciona a imagem corporal e a sexualidade no ciclo gravídico. Foi constituída uma amostra de 100 grávidas e puérperas que receberam atendimento pré e pós-natal durante o estágio e que preencheram o questionário. Trata-se de um estudo quantitativo, descritivo e transversal. No estudo verificou-se que as mulheres dentro da faixa etária entre os 20 e os 34 anos, são as mais satisfeitas com a qualidade dos seus orgasmos e que as mulheres que dão mais atenção às formas do seu corpo são as que têm mais atividade sexual. Considerou-se que cada mulher vive esta fase do ciclo de vida de forma diferente, sendo importante um bom aconselhamento profissional especialista na área; ABSTRACT: Image Body and Sexuality in Pregnancy Faced with the realization of the internship of a professional nature, a report was made describing the activities developed regarding the competences of the specialist nurse. Simultaneously, a scientific investigation was developed that aims to investigate how women perceive body image and sexuality in the pregnancy cycle. It was constituted a sample of 100 pregnant and postpartum women who received prenatal and postnatal care during the internship that completed the questionnaire. This is a quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional study. The study found that women between the ages of 20 and 34 are the most satisfied with the quality of their orgasms and that women who pay more atten-tion to their body shapes are those who have the most sexual activity. It is considered that each woman lives this phase of the life cycle differently, and a good professional expert advice is important.
