This research aims to study the relationship between the difficulties of career decision making and career adaptability in higher education students. The method adopted is quantitative in nature and it is a descriptive-correlational study, where the Career Decision Difficulties Questionnaire and the EAC (Career Adaptivity Scale were used as data collection instruments and the statistical analysis as data analysis technique. The results indicate a good internal consistency of the CDDQ and the EAC, allowing toconfirm the hypothesis of investigation formulated, that is, that the difficulties of decision making in the career have an inverse relation with the dimensions of adaptability in the career, to the extent that evidenced inverse and significant correlations between the dimensions of CDDQ and EAC.
