The objective of this study was to analyze at which time of the day aerobic exercise (AE) performed in fasting can mobilize more fat (F), whether after a period of nocturnal fasting or after a period of daytime fasting. Methodology: The present study is characterized as transversal, the sample consisting of 58 young adults with an average age of 26.59±5.90 years, of which 29 were female participants with 26.86±6.75 years and 29 male participants 26.31±5.00 years. Results: In this study there were no statistically significant differences in the % F Rust, between the performance of AE after fasting at night, 65.42 ± 26.27 compared to the performance of AE after daytime fasting, 63.61 ± 27.24. Conclusions: The present study allows to conclude that AE can be prescribed, both in the night and in the diurnal fasting, reaching the same results, as a strategy that aims to increase the FO during the practice of AE.
