- ABSTRACT: Information, as a source of knowledge, represents today a precious resource within the organization and, as such, should be faced like a product that must be defined, measured, analyzed and improved. ln tum, the information system can be considered as a managed set of human and material resources, to perform the activities of acquiring, storing, prosecuting and spreading information. ln this measure, it is essential that the information system can treat and produce information with quality, so that this one can contribute in the efficient form to the organizational success.
