earning objects are key elements of policies aimed at improving education and learning in the knowledge society. Learning objects should be stored in a database and organized by a management system for easy retrieval and search. Unfortunately, many of these repositories do not have a system that allows a higher level of abstraction between the internal and end-users of the stored data. This paper presents a Learning Object Management System that provides a multiple perspective to assess educational content and it is able to support recommendation and ranking mechanism for recovered learning object. The main novelty in the proposed architecture is its semantic search based on accessibility metadata
