Abstract

Em 2006, com a Reforma dos Cuidados de Saúde Primários, surgem as USF, unidades baseadas num modelo organizativo de trabalho em equipa, baseado na medicina geral e familiar e na enfermagem de família. Na USF Ars medica, o modelo organizativo de trabalho que vigorava, até Setembro de 2010, era o modelo de enfermeiro por programa, ou seja, o enfermeiro estava colocado num determinado Programa de Saúde/área de actuação e só desenvolvia actividades nessa mesma área de actuação. Com a eminente passagem a Modelo B, e a consequente exigência de modelo organizativo de Enfermeiro de Família, tornou-se necessário reorganizar os cuidados de enfermagem. O projecto teve como finalidade criar condições e implementar o modelo organizativo de Enfermeiro de Família na USF Ars medica (ACES VI – Loures), aquando da candidatura a Modelo B (Junho 2011). Neste Relatório, apresenta-se todo o trajecto percorrido, desde a fase de preparação, até ao momento actual; Abstract: In 2006, with the Reform of Primary Health Care, come the USF, organizational units based on a model of teamwork based in general and family medicine and family nursing. At USF Ars medica, the organizational model of work that existed until September 2010 was the model of program nurse, ie, the nurse was placed in a particular health program / area of operation and only carryed out activities in that area of operation. With the imminent passage to Model B, and the consequent demand for the model of Family Nurse, it became necessary to reorganize nursing care. The project aimed to create conditions and implement the organizational model of Family Nurse in USF Ars medica (ACES VI - Loures), when applying for Model B (June 2011). In this report, we present the entire path followed from the preparation phase until the present time.
