Foi feita a optimização paramétrica e comparação com a espectrometria de absorção atómica; ### ABSTRACT: It is shown the known average concentration of ashes and metals in reproduction cork, as well as the standard-deviation and the number of bibliographic references. Namely of: Ca, K, Al, P, Na, Fe, Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn, Pb, Cr and Cd. A remark is made to (20ppm±20ppm; 5) for Pb. A new chemometric method was created for data analysis, applied to differential-pulse-anodic-stripping-voltammetry. The new method produced an expanded uncertainty of ±0.3321ppm (ca. 1.42 %). The difference between the new and old method results was 0.01ppm (23.41 and 23.40ppm). The limit-of-detection changed from approximately 4.8 for 4ppm and the relative-standard-deviation approximately from 9 to 6%. The differential-pulse-anodic-stripping-voltammetry allowed to have, for lead, the result of 52.85ppm±41.63ppm (77.36%) or 32.00ppm±12.16ppm (37.98%), after the study of two cork samples. The parametric optimization was made and atomic absorption spectrometry was used for comparison.
