Following the landslide victory of the Conservative government under Mike Harris, however, an Ontario Health Services Restructuring Commission has assumed responsibility for all reform. Political will, economic necessity and the presence of proper tools may finally organize Ontario's healthcare delivery into an efficient, coordinated system.
