Abstract

Background: Skills gap and need for Making Every Contact Count (MECC) training identified by Physiotherapy team due to high prevalence of overweight/obesity (63%) in adult caseload. Collaboration between Health Promotion & Improvement Officer and Physiotherapy team to upskill and standardise documentation for better prevention and management of chronic disease.
