Abstract

Making Every Contact Count is a brief intervention framework that staff can use with their Patients / Clients / Service Users. It involves staff: Using opportunities through the ‘touch points’ people have through the service to improve their overall health and wellbeing Healthcare professionals having brief conversations with their patients about behaviour change.
